29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Rooftop at 1621 Snead in Eagle: On January 15, 2014 and at times prior thereto employee engaged in roofing activities were using nail guns to attached roofing materials without eye protection. Note: Abatement certification is required for this item.
