29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed:   Carpenter Shop 1750:- East wall: On or about February 5, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the electric D square box was missing a knockout on the controls for the Powermatic drill exposing employee operators and maintenance workers to electrical hazards.   Near Lock Shop 1750:- West wall: On or about February 5, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the electric panel had a knockout missing exposing employees and maintenance workers to electrical hazards.   Paint Shop 1750:- West wall: On or about February 5, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the Murray General Duty Switch for the Siemen 120/240 VAC equipment had a missing knockout on the controls exposing employees to electrical hazards. 29 CFR 1910.1200(h): Employees were not provided effective information and training as specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1) on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard was introduced:  Building 1355:  On or about February 5, 2014 and at times prior thereto, employees were not trained on storing incompatible chemicals; battery acid fluid and neutralizer were stored in a cabinet resulting in leaks causing chemical corrosive damage and oxidization inside the cabinet and exposed employees when handling the chemicals.
