(c) Planer: On or about March 6, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to falling into moving equipment while using a walkway in and around the Main Line Paper Wrap.     (d) Planer: On or about March 6, 2014 and at times prior, employees were exposed to falling into moving equipment while using a walkway in and around the Trim Line Stacker.    Sun Mountain Lumber, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 29096, citation number 01, item number 001b and was affirmed as a final order on June 29, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 181 Green House Road, Deer Lodge, Montana.
