29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: a) Sun Mountain Lumber, Inc.: On June 18, 2018 and at times prior, employees were exposed to the release of stored energies while performing maintenance on equipment, such as, but not limited to, the Green Jackladder. The employer failed to conduct annual audits to identify inconsistencies and deficiencies as well as the methods to control them.
