29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) South wall of the Repro Graphics Room, Room Number ON103: A 120 volt duplex receptacle outlet box designed and listed for permanent installation was used on the end of an extension cord to provide power to the Vision Engraving System.  b) South wall of the Repro Graphics Room, Room Number ON103: The 120 volt extension cord used to power the Vision Engraving System was "daisy chained" with a Fellowes relocatable power tap which in turn was plugged into a receptacle outlet.   c) West wall of the Bio-Medical workshop, Room Number 0S202: Two 120 volt relocatable power taps used by employees had one screwed into a wall, and the other was screwed into a work table, which rendered them both "non- relocatable" which was a violation of their listing.   d) Southeast corner of Room Number 1101, Medical Clinic - Parris Island: A 120 volt relocatable power tap designed and listed to provide power to high concentrations to low powered loads such as computers, printers, radios, etc. was instead used to provide power to high powered equipment such as a mini refrigerator.
