29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(5)(i): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the identity of the hazardous chemical(s) contained therein:   a) CEP Outside Chemical Storage Area: Inside of a chemical storage cabinet were four (4) - 5 gallon metal fuel cans and one (1) - 5 gallon plastic fuel can which contained varying levels of gasoline. None of the cans were marked as to their contents.    b) CEP Outside Chemical Storage Area: A chemical storage cabinet containing four (4) - 5 gallon metal fuel cans of diesel did not have a hazardous warning label on the outside door of the cabinet.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED
