29 CFR 1910.212(b): Machine(s) designed for fixed location(s) were not securely anchored to prevent walking or moving:   a) Northeast corner of the Metal Shop: A 40 ton Manley hydraulic press used by employees to press out "U" joints was top heavy and was not secured to the floor to prevent movement.    b) Northeast corner of the Metal Shop: A Black and Decker pedestal grinder used by employees for odd grinding jobs, was top heavy and was not secured to the floor to prevent movement.   c) Northeast corner of the Metal Shop: A Buffalo No. 18 drill press used by employees for odd drilling jobs, was top heavy and was not secured to the floor to prevent movement.    d) South Wall of the Lock Smith Shop: A Dayton pedestal grinder used by an employees to do odd grinding jobs, was top heavy and was not secured to the floor to prevent movement.   ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED.
