29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Scaffold at 55 Lawrence Ave., West Orange, NJ: Employer allowed his employees to work on a pump jack scaffold approximately 13 feet from the ground below with no fall protection system in place, exposing them to fall hazards. Violation observed on or about 4/16/14.
