29 CFR 1910.179(b)(6)(ii): Where passageways or walkways were provided, obstructions were so placed that the safety of personnel was jeopardized by movements of crane(s):     a) On or about 1/31/14, a scissors lift was placed and raised in a main aisleway that an overhead crane traversed frequently, creating an obstruction. The lift was tipped over after being struck by the crane, resulting in serious injuries to the lift operator.
