29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) On or about May 29, 2014 at the job site, on a three story building rooftop (4/12 slope) where plywood panels were being installed/nailed, fall protection, that is, harness, lanyards and lifelines, was not used exposing employees to a 30 ft. fall hazard. The FLG Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 925373, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on Jan 16, 2014, with respect to a workplace location at 14227 Avon Farms Dr. Tampa, FL 33618.
