Five instances were documented: A) Receiving Department, far wall next to bulletin board with exposed wiring from bottom of box from strain B) Receiving Department, far wall next to bulletin board mounted toward the top with plastic zip ties and leaning out from wall C) Receiving Department, far wall between bulletin board and fire exit mounted with plastic zip ties and leaning out from wall D) Lawn and Garden, pendant hanging from ceiling towards door to outer garden center E) Lawn and Garden, pendant hanging from ceiling towards front entrance and customer service center

The Home Depot USA, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.305(b)(2)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 949602, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on January 7, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 62 West Bank Expressway Gretna, LA 70053.
