29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: (a) In the Industrial Waste Water Department at 62 North Elm Street Westfield, MA: On or about June 19, 2014, an electrical panel, located adjacent to the hazardous waste satellite accumulation area, was not readily accessible due to storage of a hazardous waste drum in front of the electrical equipment. (b) On both sides of the door leading to the Quality Control Lab in the production area at 62 North Elm Street Westfield, MA: On or about June 19, 2014, two electrical panels, were not readily accessible to employees due to storage of fiberboard boxes in front of, and immediately adjacent to, the electrical equipment. (c) Between the maintenance department and the cadmium room at 62 N Elm Street Westfield, MA: On or about September 10, 2014, the electrical panel next to the water feed control unit was not readily accessible to employees due to placement of a plastic shelving unit in front of the electrical equipment.
