29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(ii):The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provided at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals: In the masking department at 68 N Elm St. Westfield, MA 01085: On or about December 6, 2023, a blasting department employee was hospitalized due to a dermal exposure to Hydrofluoric Acid (HF) after taking an improperly labeled container of HF (49%) from the unmasking area and using the HF to clean a cart with bare hands thinking it was different cleaning agent.
