Westar Roofing, Corporation, Little Creek Base, Building 3602: On or about 06/27/14, employees on the roof were installing flashing around the edge and were wearing a fall arrest system, but were not wearing a shock absorber to ensure the arresting force did not exceed 1,800 pounds on the employee. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
