29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet (1.8m) from the roof edge: a) 1311 Northwest Blvd, Building 351: On or about March 23, 2017, and times prior thereto, warning lines were erected less than 6' from the roof edge on an approximately 210' by 46'8" low-slope roof with an approximately 30' eave to ground fall distance, exposing the foreman and each employee to fall hazards. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
