29 CFR 1910.132(a): Protective equipment was not maintained in a sanitary and reliable condition: (a) 86 Tube Drive, Reading Pennsylvania - Employees used Titan lanyards when working at elevated levels. The employer did not adequately inspected lanyards to ensure they were in a reliable condition, on or about July 1, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
