29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed:   a) Plant #3, Pointer Conveyor - On or about April 23, 2024, employees were exposed to a caught-in hazard from an unguarded sprocket gear and chain assembly on the horizontal shaft driving the belt conveyor, approximately 57 inches above the walking/working surface.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and state employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
