On or about July 16, 2014, the 18T hydraulic Grove crane, was not inspected in at least 1-to-12 month intervals or as specified by the manufacturer. 1. The right-rear outrigger was leaking. 2. Transmission fluid was leaking. 3. The fire extinguisher not charged. 4. The windshield wipers were not functional.
