29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about July 22, 2014 at the above addressed jobsite, employees were performing roofing operations approximately 10.6-12.8 feet above the ground and were not using fall protection, thereby exposing the employee to fall hazards. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
