29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor were the employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b): a) On June 10, 2016, employees were exposed to fall hazards of up to approximately 18.7 feet while replacing roofing material to an existing townhome. D-Wing Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1097564, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on January 27, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4800 Sauk Trail, Richton Park, IL 60471. D-Wing Construction, LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 986660, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 24, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 2487 Legacy Dr., Aurora, IL 60502.
