29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: On or about August 7, 2014, on the fifth level of the parking structure, the employer failed to ensure that electrical cords were not used in damaged condition. An employee was using the electrical cord as a power source for a Hilt hammer drill.
