29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety nets systems, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Smith Carpentry LLC at 1080 Steamboat Ln Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before 7/23/14, the correcting employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working on a 2 story residential new build. This condition exposed employee to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
