29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided: (a) Smith Carpentry Inc, LLC at 3800 Centerplace Dr Greeley, CO 80634: On or about January 9, 2024, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure the employees of J & J Freimen Construction LLC were protected from injury, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet while conducting roofing activities without the use of a fall protection systems.
