29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. (a) Smith Carpentry LLC at 3800 Centerplace Dr., Greeley, CO 80634: On or about February 2, 2024, and at times prior, the controlling employer did not ensure the employees of J & J Freimen Construction LLC were protected from injury, in that employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 30 feet while conducting roofing activities without the use of a fall protection systems.
