29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) On or about August 20, 2014, employees were exposed to falls in excess of 20 feet while re-roofing a single family home with no fall protection in place.   Vargas Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950151, Citation number 1, Item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on January 10, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at  8349 E Independence Circle, Littleton, CO, 80127;  Vargas Exteriors LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 313722985, Citation number 1, Item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 888 Coneflower Drive, Golden, CO, 80007.
