29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about September 17, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee was exposed to a 14 feet fall hazard without means of fall protection while performing residential roofing operations.    Victoria Roofing Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 952008, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 13903 NW 94 Avenue, Hialeah, Florida.    Victoria Roofing Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315484626, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 4, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 3239 Justina Road, Jacksonville, Florida.
