29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 12/03/2019  Location: On the roof of a two story new residence under construction at 3432 W 110 Ter, Hialeah, FL 33018,  1) Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to ground level while performing roofing work and not using any means of fall protection system.     Victoria Roofing Incorporated was previously cited for a Repeat - Serious violation of this standard occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1432475, citation number 02, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/03/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 8883 NW 160 Terr, Miami Lakes, FL 33012.  Victoria Roofing Incorporated was previously cited for a Serious violation of this standard occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255735, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2234 117 SW 240 Terrace Homestead, FL 33033.
