29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above the lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about October 21st, 2021, at 13371 SW 288th Street , B-2/24 Unit, Homestead, Florida, employees were exposed to fall hazards while working on a roof installing roofing and waterproofing underlayment approximately 20 feet from ground level without any means of fall protection. Victoria Roofing Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255735, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2234 117 SW 240 Terrace, Homestead, Florida, 33033.
