This violation was most recently observed on or about September 25, 2014, at a job site located at 4324 Queensway Dr., Jacksonville, Florida. On or about September 25, 2014, at the north side of the building, employees using pneumatic air nail guns to install shingles on a roof were not wearing eye protection, exposing themselves to being struck by flying debris or nails. b. On or about September 25, 2014, at the northwest side of the building, an employee using a Black and Decker circular saw to cut plywood on the ground was not wearing eye protection, exposing himself to being struck by flying debris.
