29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.  a.  On or about Oct. 9, 2014, on the south side of a new construction building, two employees installing framing materials to the building were not protected from a 11 feet 8 inch fall hazard by the use of a personal fall protection system.   Fastway Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 951659, citation number 01, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on May 14, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at Sheepshank Lane, Lot 160, Santa Rosa Beach, FL  32459.  Fastway Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975928, citation number 02, item number 02 and was affirmed as a final order on June 25, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 104 Blue Sage Road, Lot 19, Panama City Beach, FL  32408.  Fastway Construction, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 981778, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on July 26, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 106 Blue Sage Road, Lot 18, Panama City Beach, FL  32413.
