Selfridge ANG Commissary, Computer Room, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that work space in front of electrical panels was used for storage of chairs. Employer did not provide and maintain sufficient access could hinder the ready and safe operation and maintenance of equipment. b. Selfridge ANG Commissary, Produce Area, Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that work space in front of electrical panels was used for storage of items such as push carts. 29 CFR 1910.305(a)(2)(ix) as required by 1960.8(b): All lamps for general illumination shall be protected from accidental contact or breakage by a suitable fixture or lampholder with a guard. At the Produce loading dock, Phoenix Docklite, Loading light, Model # DL-300D3, 120 VAC, used to illuminate trailers for loading and unloading were not properly guarded to prevent accidental contact or breakage. Employees were exposed to an electrical shock hazard.
