29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about October 16, 2014, and at times prior thereto, one employee was observed working from the top of the newly constructed house rafters (sloped structural members (beams)) without any form of fall protection. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6-feet.
