29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. On or about July 24, 2023, employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet for not using any form of fall protection. DMA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1656516, citation number 02, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on April 13, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 281 Hunstanton Street, Horizon City, TX 79928.

On or about July 24, 2023, employees engaged in residential construction activities were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 6-feet due to deficiencies in fall protection training.
