29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: On or about March 13, 2023, employees engaged in framing activities 6 feet or more above a lower level were not protected from fall hazards. This condition exposed employees to fall hazards. DMA Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard (29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1328211, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on (November 6, 2018), with respect to a workplace located at 13657 Blackburn Dr. Horizon City, TX 79928.
