29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: a) First Floor, East Side On or about 10/08/2014, two carpenter were not provided with eye protection while operating a pneumatically powered nail gun and a portable circular saw while constructing a set of wooden stairs. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
