On or about 11/18/14, for the Skydyne employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the dip tank area. The employee is working with corrosives in the chemical room and the dip tanks. The employer did not provide an eye wash/shower unit in the vicinity.    c). On or about 12/3/14, a Here's Help employee working at The Skydyne Company, Port Jervis, NY, in the paint/mold area. The employee dispense and sprays with Norox Mec and Polycor gel coat to make a case mold. The Norox Mec is a corrosive. The employer did not provide an eye wash/shower unit in the vicinity of the task.
