29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:    a) Assembly Area - On or about November 2, 2015, an employee uses Epoxy adhesives (Versamid 140 and Epotuf 37-127) when assembling plastic cases.  One of the epoxies, Versamid 140, is a corrosive.  The employer did not provide an eye wash/shower unit in the vicinity of where employees were using the adhesives.    b) Paint/Mold Area - On or about November 2, 2015, an employee uses Isoprep 184 on a daily basis.  This is a corrosive.  The employer did not provide an eyewash/shower unit in the vicinity of the task.    The Skydyne Company was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR1910.151(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1008884, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/17/15, with respect to a workplace located at 100 River Road, Port Jervis, NY 12771.
