29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1): The employer must submit to the Agency, along with the information on abatement certification required by paragraph (c)(3) of this section, documents demonstrating that abatement is complete for each willful or repeat violation and for any serious violation for which the Agency indicates in the citation that such abatement documentation is required: a. The employer has failed to submit abatement certification and documentation within ten days of the abatement date, February 26, 2015, for a violation of 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(11), issued as citation 1, item 1, and described as follows: Located at the Park Crossing project in Gahanna, Ohio, employees were performing sheathing work on Building #1 and Building #2 without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a maximum fall hazard of approximately 28 feet.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): "Steep roofs." Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a. Located at the Park Crossing project in Gahanna, Ohio, employees were performing sheathing work on Building #1 and Building #2 without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to a maximum fall hazard of approximately 28 feet. Proframing Contractors was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 192137, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 12, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 6175 Camden Center in Dublin, Ohio 43016.
