29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Creekside Way, River Walk, Burlington, NJ: On or about 12/30/2014, four Balboas Contractors LLC employees were installing siding on a multi-story townhome style residential structure. The employees were using a low sloped roof as their walking/working surface, but were not using any form of fall protection, exposing them to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet to the ground below.
