29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) Residential property at Brandywine Drive and Garden State Park Blvd, Cherry Hill, NJ, 08034, first, second, and third floor of the apartment balconies on the South side of the structure: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25 feet when they performed framing and carpentry work without being attached by the lanyard and having a lanyard that was too long which could result in death and was observed and occurred on or about 4/3/18.   NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.   Balboas Contractors LLC; WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD, ITS EQUIVALENT, OR ESSENTIALLY SIMILAR STANDARD, 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1015833 CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, ISSUED ON 1/23/15.
