29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii): The employer did not select and use a NIOSH-certified respirator in compliance with the conditions of its certification: Employees mixing caustic soda into the drilling mud at SEC 10, TWP 35, R 9, 200 fnl, 1560 fel, Hazelton, Kansas were exposed to chemical burns hazards. The employer was not using NIOSH approved filtering face-pieces. NOMAC Drilling, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 950716, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/13/2014, with respect to a workplace located at SEC 17, TWP 26, R 29, 2540 fsl, 250 fwl, Ingalls, Kansas.
