29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point-of-operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: (a) On or about January 15, 2015, for the employee who was caught between the Marvel Saw, Model F2150, Serial No. 20285PC3S, base and shuttle while operated in the auto-feed cycle at 2130 Third Avenue NW, West Fargo, North Dakota. (b) On or about January 26, 2015, and at times prior to that date, for employees exposed to trip and/or fall hazard where a barrier guardrail was installed at a height of 32 inches from upper surface of top rail to floor on the backside of the Marvel Saw, Model F2150, Serial No. 20285PC3S, at 2130 Third Avenue NW, West Fargo, North Dakota.
