29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii): Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from welding rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields: (a) Trail King Industries, Inc. at 2200 South Ohlman Street in Mitchell, SD 57301: On and prior to August 28, 2017, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from welding rays in that a welding area adjacent to a main entrance to the production floor and a main thoroughfare was not protected from flameproof screens or shields.
