29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: (a)Facility: On or about January 29, 2015, employees would go on the top of the #9147 straddle machine to check fluid levels and to add fluids. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of of about 7 feet 2 inches.
