29 CFR 1910.335(b)(1): Safety signs, safety symbols, or accident prevention tags were not used where necessary to warn employees about electrical hazards which may endanger them as required by 29 CFR 1910.145. On 2/4/15, at the Plant 4 facility, where applicable the employer did not ensure safety signs or tags were posted at electrical panels where employees conducted work that may endanger them. i.e. there were no warning signs at Press 1 480 volt electrical panel to indicate live electrical parts in panel. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
