29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) On February 10, 2015, on the perimeter of a new residential home construction, 50-80 3/8 inch diameter rebar protruded 24 to 30 inches from concrete masonry units were not guarded against impalement hazards.
