29 CFR 1910.22(d)(1): On every building or other structure, or part thereof, used for mercantile, business, industrial or storage purposes, the loads approved by the building official were not marked on plates of approved design and securely affixed in a conspicuous place in each space to which they relate.  Mechanic Shop, Building 1355: On February 11, 2015, employees were exposed to crushing injuries where a house made mezzanine was used for storage and the load rating had not been determined.   The Presidio Trust was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957077, citation number 03, item number 003 and was affirmed as a final order on May 12, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1750 Lincoln Blvd. San Francisco, CA 94129.
