29 CFR 1910.119(d)(3)(ii): The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices: a) In the facility, on or about April 29, 2015 - The employer did not document that equipment complies with recognized and generally accepted good engineering practices (RAGAGEP) in that the ammonia machinery room was not equipped with a tight-fitting door on the south entrance to the building. ANSI/ASHRAE Standard 15-2010, Section 8.12, Paragraph D, is an applicable RAGAGEP that describes the requirements for refrigerating machinery rooms.
