29 CFR 1926.451(f)(12): Wind screens shall not be used unless the scaffold is secured against the anticipated wind forces. Jobsite: The employer did not ensure through providing specific instructions and visual observation prior to installing wind screens that the welded frame scaffold, on which wind screens were placed was appropriately and positively secured against the anticipated wind forces. On or about February 5, 2015, the above scaffold, on which employees were working was displaced due to strong wind force, and three (3) employees sustained injuries from the incident.
