OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees: "On or about April 1, 2015, employees were exposed to the hazard of caught-in/caught-by rotating parts in that the operator of a Victor 2080 Lathe was exposed to contact with a rotating chuck and work piece. One or more methods of protecting the operator from hazards created by rotating parts were not provided."
